It’s no surprise to me that Michigan vs. Ohio State (actually, that should be Ohio State vs. Michigan ) topped the list of ESPN.com’s 10 greatest rivalries.

actually i thought the list wasn’t very good. It should have been called the greatest rivalries in the us and canada. The true greatest rivalry on earth is Boca Juniors and River Plate and i would say that Ranger vs Celtic, Fenerbance vs Galatasaray, AS Roma vs AS Lazio and AC Milan vs Inter Milan are all more heated and far more spectacular than Ohio Satae vs Michigan State.

Yes, this list only had US and Canadian rivalries. I have heard that Ranger vs Celtic matches are crazy.
